I am a Reference Librarian in a diverse, economically challenged community in Massachusetts. We have limited resources and a great need for computer access for our users. Our patrons frequently have to wait to use one of our PC’s. They are doing job searches, apartment hunting, writing resumes, taking online classes, getting citizenship info and communicating with family and friends all over the world. We use Zoho and LOVE it!
